Position: Sales Person / Area Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and retailers.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Visit markets regularly to understand competitor activities and emerging trends.
- Promote products through client visits, meetings, and presentations.
- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing, dispatch, and customer service.
- Prepare and share daily and weekly sales reports with management.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Graduate in any discipline (BBA/B.Com/B.Sc preferred); MBA in Marketing is an advantage.
- 1 to 5 years of experience in sales or marketing; exposure to the plastic, building materials, or similar industries preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and open to travel.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, reporting).
Compensation:
- Salary range: ₹18,000 to ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience.
- Travel allowance: Provided additionally based on the role.
