Position: Sales Person / Area Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and retailers.
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Visit markets regularly to understand competitor activities and emerging trends.
  • Promote products through client visits, meetings, and presentations.
  • Coordinate with the internal team for order processing, dispatch, and customer service.
  • Prepare and share daily and weekly sales reports with management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Graduate in any discipline (BBA/B.Com/B.Sc preferred); MBA in Marketing is an advantage.
  • 1 to 5 years of experience in sales or marketing; exposure to the plastic, building materials, or similar industries preferred.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and open to travel.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, reporting).

Compensation:

  • Salary range: ₹18,000 to ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience.
  • Travel allowance: Provided additionally based on the role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
