Area Sales Executive - Retail

Department: Sales & Operations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Develop and implement sales strategies for retail outlets and e-commerce platforms to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Training & Development: Implement staff training programs to enhance customer service, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
  • Customer Excellence: Lead customer service initiatives, loyalty programs, and feedback mechanisms to continuously improve the customer experience.
  • Performance Monitoring: Set and monitor sales targets for individual team members and outlets, ensuring high performance.
  • Inventory Management: Utilize advanced analytics for forecasting sales trends and managing optimal stock levels.
  • Visual Merchandising: Ensure store ambiance, merchandising, and displays align with brand standards and drive sales.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Experience: 3-4 years in retail management, sales, or operations, preferably in multi-location management.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in sales forecasting, customer data analytics, and inventory management.
  • Leadership: Strong team management and motivational skills, with experience in training and development.
  • Customer Focus: A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with retail software, e-commerce platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs125,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month

Willingness to travel:

  • 75% (Required)
