VitrA Tiles, which ranks first in exports to the EU, started production in Istanbul Tuzla in 1991 and in Bilecik Bozüyük in 1992. VitrA Tiles, which has been producing ceramic tiles in its factory in Russia since 2011, has a total annual production capacity of 30 million square meters.

VitrA Tiles products are offered for sale in 75 countries, especially in the Turkish and German markets. Carrying 60 years of expertise of the VitrA brand, our tiles bring style and innovation to every living space, from bathrooms to pools, gardens, and exteriors.

With its constant innovation in textures and materials, VitrA Tiles sets surface trends every year. Holding the “TSE Double Star” Certificate and the first EU eco-label awarded to a ceramic brand from Turkey, our Bozüyük production facility is part of the World Economic Forum’s “Global Lighthouse Network” , recognized as one of the world’s most advanced factories – the “production facilities of the future.


What do we expect from our new team member?

  • Drive sales activities in the Saudi Arabia & Bahrain
  • Build and manage strong customer relationships to maximize business growth.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with distributors, contractors, and key clients.
  • Achieve sales targets and report regularly on performance.
  • Collaborate with regional sales and marketing teams to ensure effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Monitor competitors and market trends to strengthen VitrA’s market position.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process and after-sales follow-up.


What kind of teammate are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in sales (preferably in construction materials, ceramics, or building industry).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Active driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently in the region.
  • Results-oriented, proactive, and team player.
  • Excellent command of English and Arabic.
  • Must be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
