Job Title: Area Sales Incharge

The Area Sales Incharge is responsible for achieving sales targets, managing and developing sales teams, expanding market presence, tracking performance, and ensuring smooth sales operations within the assigned region. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, improving customer satisfaction, and implementing company sales strategies at the ground level.
Key Responsibilities 1. Sales & Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned area.
- Drive sales for existing and new products/services based on company goals.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance of assigned branches/teams.
2. Team Management
- Guide, motivate, and supervise branch sales teams (Thrissur, Kollam & Calicut Branches).
- Conduct regular training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure discipline, sales productivity, and target commitment across the team.
3. Market Expansion
- Identify new business opportunities, potential markets, and customer segments.
- Plan area-level marketing and promotional strategies in coordination with Head Office.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, partners, and influencers.
4. Operational Responsibilities
- Ensure timely reporting from branches (Daily Sales Reports, Lead Status, Follow-ups, Closures).
- Conduct regular branch visits to review performance, customer experience, and process adherence.
- Coordinate with operations, marketing, and service delivery teams to resolve branch-level issues.
5. Customer Focus
- Ensure excellent customer experience and timely resolution of escalations.
- Monitor feedback and improve customer retention and referral generation.
6. Compliance & Process
- Ensure adherence to company sales processes, SOPs, and policies.
- Maintain accurate documentation, CRM/Excel updates, and sales records.
Skills & Competencies Required
- Strong leadership and team-handling skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Result-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Good knowledge of sales strategies, forecasting, and market dynamics
- Proficiency in MS Excel / CRM software (preferred)
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales/Marketing/Business Management or equivalent
- 2–5 years of relevant sales experience (preferably in retail, healthcare, wellness, or service industry)
- Experience in handling multi-location teams will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
