Job Summary:
The Area Sales Manager (ASM) is responsible for achieving sales targets, implementing marketing strategies, and leading the sales team in the assigned region. The ASM drives business growth, strengthens customer relationships, and ensures the brand’s presence and market share increase in the territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve and exceed regional sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and business partners.
• Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
• Train, guide, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
• Keep track of competitors’ activities and market trends.
• Prepare and present sales reports and performance metrics to management.
• Ensure proper execution of promotions, displays, and product demonstrations.
• Analyze customer feedback and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
