Summary:


We are seeking a high-performing Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead and manage a team of Sales Executives within a defined geography. The ASM will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition in F&B Industry, ensuring adoption and usage of our SaaS solutions, and meeting revenue and growth targets.


Eligibility Criteria:


01) Two-Wheeler along with Driving License

02) Laptop for Client Demo


Roles and Responsibilities:


01) Lead, manage, and coach a team of 4–6 Field Sales Representatives (RMs).

02) Drive new business in the assigned region by acquiring SMBs and enterprise customers.

03) Own the regional sales target and deliver monthly and quarterly goals.

04) Work closely with pre-sales and onboarding teams to ensure smooth implementation and customer success.

05) Conduct regular field visits and joint calls with RMs to ensure high performance and conversion.

06) Analyse sales metrics and proactively identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

07) Build strong relationships with key customers and ecosystem partners.

08) Provide timely reporting, forecasts, and insights to the leadership team.

09) Monitor competitive activity and market trends to inform sales strategy.

10) Achieve sales & VAS team targets through daily planning and execution of sales strategies.

11) Achieve demo and visit targets through cold calling and reference market development.

12) Be the face of Petpooja in the market and stand up for the values we believe in.


Additional Qualifications and Skills:


01) Bachelor's degree is preferable.

02) Professional experience of 3-6 years in Sales.

03) Problem-solving attitude

04) Customer-oriented mindset

05) Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices

06) Influencing Skills

07) Presentability is required

08) Fluent in communication
