Job Title: Area Sales Manager – ACP

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Area Sales Manager to drive sales and business growth for our Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) products in the Indore region. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, dealer management experience, and the ability to build long-term relationships with architects, fabricators, contractors, and builders.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow sales for ACP products across Indore and surrounding regions.

Identify and onboard new distributors, dealers, and channel partners.

Build strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and façade consultants to generate project leads.

Conduct site visits to track ongoing and upcoming construction projects.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Maintain daily/weekly reports on sales activities, lead follow-up, and market intelligence.

Drive branding and promotional activities in the assigned territory.

Ensure timely payment collection and maintain credit discipline.

Provide competitor analysis, market trends, and pricing recommendations.

Coordinate with internal teams (Production, Logistics, Accounts) for smooth order execution.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (Preferred: Civil/Mechanical/Marketing).

3–6 years of experience in ACP, building materials, or construction product sales.

Strong dealer network knowledge in Indore region.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Willingness to travel within the region.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,449.24 - ₹48,307.31 per month
