Job Title: Assistant Store Manager (ASM)

Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Location: Multiple Store Locations (Delhi/NCR or as assigned)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Assistant Store Manager (ASM) with experience in multi-store handling and strong knowledge of store audits. The ideal candidate will support daily store operations, ensure smooth coordination between manufacturing and retail units, maintain inventory accuracy, and drive store performance across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:Store Operations & Multi-Store Management

• Manage day-to-day operations of multiple uniform retail stores.
• Ensure all stores follow company SOPs, display standards, and operational guidelines.
• Monitor store performance, sales, and manpower allocation across locations.
• Coordinate with store teams to meet monthly sales and productivity targets.

Inventory & Stock Control

• Oversee stock levels, stock transfers, GRN, and store replenishments.
• Conduct physical stock verification and ensure zero stock discrepancies.
• Coordinate with warehouse, production, and purchase teams for timely stock availability.

Audit & Compliance

• Conduct internal store audits (sales, cash, inventory, operations).
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational rules.
• Identify gaps during audits and implement corrective actions.

Team Management

• Supervise store staff, assign roles, and ensure discipline and productivity.
• Train staff on customer service, billing, inventory handling, and store SOPs.
• Build strong communication between store teams and HO.

Customer Service & Issue Resolution

• Ensure excellent customer experience at all stores.
• Handle escalations and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
