We are looking for a responsible and self-driven Area Sales Manager who can independently manage the assigned territory, handle clients, and achieve sales targets with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently manage day-to-day sales operations in the assigned area
  • Develop and implement effective territory sales strategies
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis
  • Prepare accurate sales reports and submit them on time
  • Coordinate with internal teams for stock, logistics, and marketing needs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or relevant field
  • 3–7 years of area/field sales experience in plywood or laminates.
  • Ability to work independently and take full ownership of the territory
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
