We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Area Sales Manager with strong knowledge of tile adhesive products and established connections in the Delhi NCR market. The ideal candidate must have 4–5 years of proven sales experience in the building materials or tile adhesive industry. This role is field-work based, requiring daily market visits and client interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow sales for tile adhesive products across Delhi NCR.
• Generate leads through existing connections in the construction, builder, architect, dealer, and contractor network.
• Conduct regular field visits to meet distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and manage a strong dealer/distributor network.
• Conduct product presentations, demos, and training sessions when required.
• Track competitor activities and share market insights.
• Ensure timely collection and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of sales experience in tile adhesive or construction materials.
• Strong existing network and contacts in Delhi NCR.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage field operations.
• Must be comfortable with travelling across Delhi NCR daily.
