Designation: *Area Sales Manager* (Males only)

*Key Responsibility*

Teach and train DSA members on various customer service strategies

Delegating tasks and set deadlines for DSA’s internal team

Manage a team of DSA’s and achieve sales targets assigned to the team.

Motivate, train and lead the team towards successful outcomes.

Increase lead conversions from all DSA members.

Co-ordinate with multiple banks for disbursement process.

*Desired Profile*

Candidates must have good communication skills, confidence, and energy.

Any Graduates.

Candidates should have a sales knowledge from a home loan (sales) background.

Working days *6 days working (Saturday & Sunday fixed working)*
