Key Responsibilities

Manage B2B sales for Food & Flavor products across the North & Upper North region.

Identify and onboard new customers; maintain strong relationships with existing key accounts.

Conduct product presentations, submit samples, and follow up on trials and customer feedback.

Coordinate customer requirements with internal teams and ensure timely order fulfilment.

Handle pricing discussions, negotiate commercial terms, and support payment follow-ups.

Track competitor activities, market dynamics, and identify new business opportunities.

Collaborate with R&D, application teams, logistics, procurement, and customer support to ensure smooth operations.

Maintain sales reports, customer databases, and meeting updates.

Travel extensively for client visits, trials, and market development activities.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in Food, Flavors, or B2B Sales (ASM experience preferred).

Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
-
Willingness to travel across the North & Upper North region.
