Key Responsibilities


  • Manage B2B sales for Food & Flavor products across the North & Upper North region.
  • Identify and onboard new customers; maintain strong relationships with existing key accounts.
  • Conduct product presentations, submit samples, and follow up on trials and customer feedback.
  • Coordinate customer requirements with internal teams and ensure timely order fulfilment.
  • Handle pricing discussions, negotiate commercial terms, and support payment follow-ups.
  • Track competitor activities, market dynamics, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with R&D, application teams, logistics, procurement, and customer support to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain sales reports, customer databases, and meeting updates.
  • Travel extensively for client visits, trials, and market development activities.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Food, Flavors, or B2B Sales (ASM experience preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel across the North & Upper North region.
