Rapidly growing FMCG Baked Food Brand- 'BakeOFun' is seeking:
Highly motivated Sales Manager required for Field Operations in Raipur & other cities of CG.
Candidates experienced in category- FMCG, Baked goods, Bakery & confectionery (Breads, Milk etc.) will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales target management: Meet & exceed daily, weekly and monthly primary & secondary sales target.
- Distribution & channel development: Appoint and manage new distributors and stockists, expand the number of outlets and range of SKUs per outlet (of product availability).
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train & mentor a team of sales officers and executives; conduct regular performance reviews and field coaching.
- Market strategy & Visibility: Implement route-to-route market strategies and ensure brand visibility through effective placement and merchandising in General trade & Modern trade channels.
- Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with major retail chains, wholesalers, and standalone high value accounts.
- Reporting & analytics: Use sales dashboards to monitor performance metrics, forecast demand at the SKU level, and provide regular progress reports to senior management.
Required Skills:
- Experience- Typically 4-5 years of FMCG sales experience, (confectionery or baked goods/ snack food sector experience would be preferred).
- Education: Masters/ Bachelor's degree in business administration or related fields, Preferred- MBA.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of confectionery channel dynamics, shelf life management for baked goods, and distributor ROI.
- Soft skills: Strong negotiation, people management, data driven decision making skills.
