Area Sales Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• MBA preferred and considered a strong advantage
• Candidates with any bachelor’s degree and solid experience in building or construction-related sales are also encouraged to apply
• Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the building, construction, or infrastructure sectors

Basic Duties:

Planning and implementing strategies for marketing and business development, in line with company’s growth plans and set mile stones.

Develop business in the assigned Zone and secure work orders.

Assist in recruitment and training of Sales Engineers for the assigned region, prepare, deploy, monitor and manage them to achieve assigned targets.

Meet clients for securing projects and workorders, ensure timely collection of payments.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
