Location: Branch Office (Pan India)

Experience: 8–10 years (with 2–3 years in a similar role/industry/geography)

Reporting: Direct – Branch Manager | Matrix – Regional Sales Manager

Team Span: 2–6 TSMs (Direct), Off-role Sales (Indirect)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Area Sales Manager to drive profitable market share growth and implement effective sales strategies for sustainable business expansion in the assigned state. This role is pivotal in managing sales, collections, channel development, and team performance for our product lines – Fans, Appliances, B2C, and Pumps .

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Collections:
• Achieve annual budgets and monthly category-wise targets
• Ensure sales phasing and billing efficiency (>90%)
• Drive focus products and improve premium contribution
• Channel Management:
• Execute GTM strategies and strengthen dealer/distributor health
• Expand network and maximize reach across town categories
• Lead channel finance initiatives and BTL activations
• Process & Automation:
• Implement process improvements (Tally Patch, Easy DMS, Dealer Portal)
• People Leadership:
• Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing teams
• Drive engagement and recognition programs
• Operations & Competitor Analysis:
• Manage C&F/warehousing operations and stock levels
• Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis

Performance Metrics

• Sales achievement (Primary & Secondary for B2C)
• ROD reduction and collection efficiency
• Distribution reach and channel appointments
• Process improvement and focus product targets
