Job description:

The Sales Manager is responsible for planning, leading, and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, expand market presence, and manage high-performing sales teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Planning & Strategy

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business goals
  • Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Identify new markets, customers, and business opportunities

Team Leadership & Management

  • Recruit, train, motivate, and supervise sales executives
  • Assign targets and monitor individual and team performance
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, reviews, and coaching sessions

Sales Execution

  • Drive lead conversion and customer acquisition
  • Monitor the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Support negotiations, pricing, and deal closures
  • Ensure achievement of revenue and volume targets

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
  • Handle major customer negotiations and escalations
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business

Reporting & Performance Analysis

  • Track sales performance using KPIs and CRM tools
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
  • Analyze sales data to improve strategies and outcomes

Coordination & Market Feedback

  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and finance teams
  • Share market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer feedback
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, with at least 1–3 years in a managerial role
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
