Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Executive to manage and expand sales of laboratory consumables, instruments, and biotech products across the assigned territory in Madhya Pradesh.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell the complete laboratory products range.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with:
- Colleges & Universities
- Research Institutes
- Diagnostic Labs
- Hospitals
- Pharma & Biotech Companies
- Identify new customers and generate fresh business opportunities
- Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations when required
- Coordinate with internal team for quotations, order processing, and dispatch
- Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections
- Maintain detailed sales reports, customer data, and market feedback
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends in the assigned area
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related field (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in lab consumables / biotech / scientific sales (freshers with strong aptitude may apply)
- Good knowledge of laboratory products, instruments, and consumables
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within Madhya Pradesh
- Valid two-wheeler and driving license preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
