Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Direct Sales Manager to drive B2B sales growth in the construction industry. The role involves developing strong relationships with distributors, dealers, contractors, builders, architects, and project stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding market presence, generating new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets through effective field sales strategies.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and manage B2B sales for construction and building material products

Identify and onboard new distributors, dealers, contractors, and builders

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business

Conduct regular market visits and meetings to promote products

Generate leads and convert them into long-term business opportunities

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable product solutions

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback to management

Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support
