Area Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations in the packers and movers business. The role involves developing sales strategies, managing the sales team, acquiring new clients, and increasing revenue through residential, commercial, and corporate relocation services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and conversion rates
• Identify new business opportunities in residential, corporate, and industrial relocation services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, builders, and corporate partners
• Handle key client negotiations, pricing, and contract closures
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
• Coordinate with operations, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for management
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle escalated customer issues when required

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• 3–7 years of sales experience, preferably in packers and movers, logistics, or relocation services
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage both B2B and B2C sales channels
• Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
