Our client Hi Tech Plastics Engineering is looking for a Area Sales Manager in Faisalabad.

Kawsar Engineering Pvt Ltd, located in Peshawar, is a sister concern of a dynamic and forward-thinking group of companies HiTech Machinery. We are a growing force in the plastic manufacturing sector, driven by innovation, operational excellence and a commitment to quality. As we continue to expand, we are looking for Area Sales Manager (ASM) who will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market share, and achieving revenue targets for plastic products within the assigned territory. The role involves managing distributors, developing new clients, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring consistent brand visibility in the market.

Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Development
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned products and territory.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with industrial, commercial, and retail clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Develop and implement area-specific sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Client & Distributor Management
  • Manage existing distributors, dealers, and key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery schedules with customers and distributors.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain strong business relationships.
  • Market Expansion & Brand Promotion
  • Promote the company’s range of plastic products (e.g., packaging materials, sheets, containers, pipes, etc.) to increase market penetration.
  • Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to build brand presence.
  • Gather market intelligence and report feedback to management for product improvement and new product development.
  • Team & Reporting
  • Supervise and support sales representatives or territory officers.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and competitor analysis.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field (Polymer Engineering preferred).
  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the plastic manufacturing or industrial products sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and developing new markets.
  • Strong network within the plastics, packaging, or industrial manufacturing industry.
