Area Sales Manager

We are a growing importer and distributor of top quality plant protection (pesticides, etc.) and plant nutrition products. We are looking or a dynamic, well connected and experienced Manager to add to our existing team, in the role of a Area Sales Managers, Technical Sales Officers.

Experience of sales in top companies, along with great network of dealers and farmers in the region of Gharo, Mirpursakro, Talhar, Tando Muhammad Khan, Mirpurkhas, Sanghar, Nawabshah and adjoining areas is a must, with proven experience of sales, market development and team management. Relevant candidates are encouraged to apply.

Minimum Education

Bachelor (preference will be given to individuals with specialization in Agriculture)

Responsibilities

Proactive and aggressive sale of products by developing dealer and farmers network

• Maintaining and expanding customer base and managing relationships
• Team supervision, reporting and monitoring for efficiency
• Plan and prepare dealer and farmer engagement strategies.
• Achieving personal sales targets through planned seasonal and regular sales, and setting sales targets and following up with teams for increasing sales
• Meet regional sales objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
