Wahdat Poultry Farm Ltd. is looking for dynamic and experienced professionals to join our sales team as “Area Sales Managers” for the following cities:

Lahore – 1 Position

Islamabad - 1 Position

Karachi - 1 Position

Job Description

We are looking for experienced “Area Sales Manager” with a strong background in FMCG sales and sound knowledge of retail and modern trade outlets in Lahore, Karachi, and Islamabad.

✅ *Minimum Experience Required: 5 Years

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing retail accounts, and achieving sales targets for Wahdat Farms’ branded egg products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Visit retail stores and modern trade outlets across the assigned city on a daily basis.

2. Introduce Wahdat Farms’ branded egg products to retailers & HORECA customers and explain their quality, hygiene, and nutritional benefits.

3. Develop new business by onboarding and activating new retail stores and HORECA customers in the assigned area.

4. Ensure timely recovery of all the receivables and manage the recovery staff accordingly.

5. Generate regular and timely sales orders from assigned shops and outlets.

6. Manage the sales team including order booker and sales executives and drive the team to achieve the assigned target.

7. Build and maintain strong relationships with purchase managers and store staff.

8. Ensure proper product display and stock visibility in retail stores.

9. Coordinate closely with internal sales, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

10. Collect market feedback, competitor insights, and customer requirements, and share observations with management.

11. Support senior and junior team members in business development and sales growth initiatives.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years of FMCG sales experience

2. Strong understanding of retail and modern trade channels

3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills

4. Self-motivated and target-oriented personality

5. Ability to travel within the assigned city
