Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth and business development activities in north regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting medical devices, developing strong relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets assigned by management.
• Promote and sell the company's medical devices portfolio to hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and healthcare professionals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including doctors, biomedical engineers, procurement teams, and hospital management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 4-5 years experience in medical device sales is mandatory.
• Must have prior experience covering the North Region (Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, and surrounding areas).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
