Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to establish and expand GMC Group's presence across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive FMCG sales experience, strong distributor and modern trade relationships, and a proven track record of building brands and delivering revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue and market share targets.
• Appoint, manage, and grow distributor networks across the UAE.
• Build strong relationships with key accounts, wholesalers, supermarkets, hypermarkets, and retail chains.
• Lead negotiations with distributors and major retail customers.
• Drive market penetration for GMC's confectionery, beverages, breakfast snacks, and laundry product portfolios.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
• Lead and develop local sales teams and merchandising activities.
• Ensure excellent product visibility, distribution, and execution at retail level.
• Identify new business opportunities across the GCC region.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 8+ years of FMCG sales experience, with at least 3 years in a senior management role within the UAE
• Strong network within UAE retail, wholesale, and distribution channels.
• Experience handling multinational or regional FMCG brands.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation, leadership, and relationship management skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
