Area Sales Manager

SOUL Food Company is looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our growing team and support our expansion across Saudi Arabia.


The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing customer relationships, expanding market coverage, and achieving sales targets within the assigned region.


Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop sales operations within the assigned area.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and key accounts.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

• Follow up with sales representatives and support their performance.

• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.

• Identify new business opportunities in the FMCG market.


Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, food products, coffee, nuts, pulses, or related industries.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

• Ability to manage field sales activities and customer visits.

• Good knowledge of the Saudi market.

• Ability to work under targets and deliver results.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
