Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager based in Raleigh, NC, or Richmond, VA. The Area Sales Manager will focus on driving sales growth through building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers and delivering tailored solutions. Responsibilities include communicating the value of Mendit, executing strategic sales initiatives, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and providing customer support to ensure successful product implementation and satisfaction. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and a commitment to achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales, account management, or business development, in the medical device industry, preferably with UROGYN experience
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
• Knowledge of pelvic reconstructive surgery or women’s health is a plus
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in CRM tools and familiarity with sales reporting
• Ability to collaborate with team members and adapt to a dynamic work environment
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field preferred
