We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth and lead our regional business operations. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and relationship-building skills to expand market presence and achieve business objectives.
Qualification: BE/Diploma (Mechanical/Automobile)/ MBA (In Marketing)
Experience: 2-3 years (In Marketing)
Languages Known: Regional Language & English
*Candidate must have experience in Garage Equipment & Car Care Products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Lead, coach, and guide the sales team to enhance productivity and performance.
- Implement region-specific sales and marketing initiatives to capture new opportunities.
- Track, review, and analyze team performance, ensuring achievement of monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Conduct regular training sessions to develop sales skills and product knowledge within the team.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Leverage customer interactions (calls, emails, and in-person meetings) to generate business opportunities and close deals.
- Gather market insights, competitor intelligence, and customer feedback to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory compliance.
