A. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for electric scooters and accessories.
- Track primary (company-to-dealer) and secondary (dealer-to-customer) sales.
- Ensure proper forecasting and stock planning for dealers.
B. Dealer Management
- Identify, onboard, and activate new dealers/sub-dealers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers to maximize sales output.
- Provide product training, sales guidance, and marketing support to dealer teams.
- Monitor dealer performance, profitability, and compliance with company standards.
C. Market Development
- Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs, competitor activities, pricing trends, and market potential.
- Recommend new geographies, sales channels, and micro-market strategies.
- Organize and support demand generation activities such as roadshows, test ride camps, mall activations, and local events.
D. Customer Experience
- Ensure high-quality customer experience through dealer oversight.
- Drive improvements in after-sales service, spare availability, and warranty handling.
- Resolve escalated customer issues promptly.
E. Reporting & Analysis
- Maintain daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Analyse sales funnel performance (leads, test rides, conversions).
- Review stock aging, dealer inventory levels, and collection status.
