We are seeking a results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead and expand our business in the Bahawalpur region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing distributors, and leading a high-performing sales team.

Job Description:

• Drive sales growth and ensure monthly/quarterly targets are achieved
• Manage and develop distributor networks across the Bahawalpur belt
• Lead, train, and monitor the performance of the sales team
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage
• Ensure strong product availability, visibility, and merchandising in the market
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular market feedback to management

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
