Dewan Foods is hiring a motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager (ASM) for Islamabad region to drive sales growth, manage distributors, and strengthen market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Manage distributors, wholesalers, and retail network
Develop new business opportunities in assigned territory
Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Lead and manage sales team performance
Ensure strong product placement and market coverage
Requirements
Minimum 2–4 years of FMCG sales experience
Strong understanding of Islamabad market
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Team management and reporting skills
Own transport preferred
