Company: Dewan FoodsLocation: Islamabad (In-Person)Department: Sales & DistributionSalary Package: Rs. 75,000 – Rs. 85,000 (Depending on experience) + Lucrative Incentives + Fuel & Mobile AllowanceJob Purpose:The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing distributor networks, and expanding market share for Dewan Foods in the Islamabad territory. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in the FMCG sector, specifically within food and recipe mix categories, to effectively manage secondary sales and team performance.Key Responsibilities:Sales Targets: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual primary and secondary sales targets in the Islamabad region.Distributor Management: Supervise and optimize distributor networks, ensuring timely order management, stock availability, and smooth financial recovery.Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities in retail, wholesale, and LMT (Local Modern Trade) sectors.Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and monitor the performance of the field sales force (TSOs and Order Bookers).Merchandising & Visibility: Ensure excellent product placement, shelf visibility, and execution of trade marketing activities at the Point of Purchase (POP).Competitor Intelligence: Monitor competitor pricing, promotional activities, and market trends to provide regular feedback to the management.Job Requirements:Experience: Minimum 5 years of hard-core sales experience in the FMCG sector.Industry Focus: Strictly Food-related experience (e.g., spices, recipe mixes, or packaged food items) is mandatory.
