AREA SALES MANAGER – DERMA

Job Summary:

The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team in the assigned area and achieving sales targets for the dermatology portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage Territory Managers / Senior TMs

Achieve area sales targets and KPIs

Ensure proper doctor coverage and call frequency

Implement marketing strategies at area level

Train, motivate, and develop field force

Analyze sales data and prepare reports

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree

3–4 years of pharma sales experience

1–2 years as ASM or Senior TM

Strong people management and planning skills

Dermatology experience preferred
