Job Description – Area Sales Manager (Diagnostics)
Product Line:
PCR, ELISA, HPLC, Electrophoresis, CLIA, Cepheid, Fungal Testing, Autoimmune, IFA
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct sales analysis and monitor annual, monthly, and weekly targets.

Assign sales targets to the team and ensure achievement.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Support supply chain for product availability and order processing.

Manage order flow and coordinate timely deliveries.

Reconcile customer accounts and ensure accurate records.

Participate in tenders and follow submission requirements.

Plan and execute marketing activities.
-
Manage import targets and collaborate with internal teams.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in Biomedical/Science; MBA preferred.

5-6 years’ experience in diagnostics or medical devices.

Strong communication, customer handling, and team management skills.
-
Knowledge of diagnostic platforms (PCR, ELISA, HPLC, CLIA, etc.).
