Job Description

1-Drive area-wise disbursement and revenue targets for Education Institution Loans
2-Identify and onboard education institutions (schools, colleges, universities, training institutes) as lending partners
3-Act as the single point of contact for institutions for sourcing, renewals, and repeat business
4-Manage and track sanction and disbursement pipelines, ensuring timely closures
5-Work closely with Credit, Ops, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure smooth processing
6-Monitor portfolio performance and asset quality (DPD, renewals, early warning signals)

Key Responsibilities:

1-5–7 years of experience in Institutional Lending / Education Loans / SME / Secured Business Lending
2-Proven ability to build and manage institutional relationships
3-Good understanding of financial statements, cash flows, and credit assessment
4-Knowledge of secured lending structures, collateral, and risk parameters
5-Strong communication skills in English and regional language
