Area Sales Manager – Islamabad

Tick Industries is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead sales operations in the Islamabad region. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth, manage field teams, and expand our presence across retail, wholesale, and modern trade channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise Sales Supervisors and Order Bookers.
  • Achieve regional sales targets and expand market coverage.
  • Build strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key accounts.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and stock availability.
  • Train and support the sales team to improve performance.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on deliveries, payments, and customer concerns.
  • Analyze sales performance and submit regular reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (minimum).
  • 3+ years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in FMCG or the stationery industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Experience managing field sales teams.
