We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Pharmacy Area Sales Manager to oversee multiple pharmacy branches in Lahore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily operations of multiple pharmacy branches.
• Develop and implement effective sales and business growth strategies.
• Monitor branch performance and ensure achievement of monthly sales targets.
• Conduct regular market visits, analyze performance metrics, and identify new business opportunities.
• Recruit, train, and motivate branch staff to ensure top performance and service quality.
• Coordinate with the Head Office on stock management, reporting, and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and pharmacy standards.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in retail pharmacy sales, operations, or area management.
• Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, sales processes, and market dynamics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel across assigned branches when required.
