Area Manager responsibilities are: Implementing effective territorial marketing strategies through a team of TSMs. Meeting customers to settle concerns/disputes. Assessing sales performance. Coming up with effective sales methods. Submitting reports to line Manager in a timely manner. Discovering new sales opportunities. Responsible to deliver overall value/Volume Targets coupled with fundamentals against assigned objectives.
