A leading FMCG organization in the Food & Beverages sector is seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Sales Manager – Modern Trade to manage and grow modern trade business across Karachi.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand Modern Trade business within assigned areas
  • Drive sales growth through effective planning, execution, and coaching
  • Handle distribution networks and trade agreements
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to improve performance
  • Ensure strong coordination with distributors and field teams

Requirements

  • MBA / Master’s degree
  • 5–8 years of experience in FMCG (Food & Beverages only)
  • Strong understanding of Modern Trade operations
  • Hands-on experience with Distribution Network System (DNS) and Field Force Management System (FFMS)
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills
  • Own conveyance is mandatory
