Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets for all retail stores in the assigned area.
  • Lead, train, and motivate Store Managers and retail staff to deliver exceptional performance.
  • Ensure outstanding customer service and brand standards are maintained in every store.
  • Analyze sales reports, footfall data, and market trends to develop strategies for growth.
  • Oversee store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory levels, and stock replenishment.
  • Identify and execute opportunities to increase store traffic and average transaction value.
  • Monitor competitor retail activity and customer feedback to inform strategy.
  • Manage and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for each store.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in retail sales management, preferably in fashion/apparel.
  • Excellent understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and customer service.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with retail POS systems.
  • Willingness to travel extensively between store locations in the area.
