Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for all retail stores in the assigned area.
- Lead, train, and motivate Store Managers and retail staff to deliver exceptional performance.
- Ensure outstanding customer service and brand standards are maintained in every store.
- Analyze sales reports, footfall data, and market trends to develop strategies for growth.
- Oversee store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory levels, and stock replenishment.
- Identify and execute opportunities to increase store traffic and average transaction value.
- Monitor competitor retail activity and customer feedback to inform strategy.
- Manage and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for each store.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in retail sales management, preferably in fashion/apparel.
- Excellent understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and customer service.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with retail POS systems.
- Willingness to travel extensively between store locations in the area.
