Job description

1. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential competitors and develop, implement sales strategies to maximize product and service penetration in the market.

2. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with retailers, projects, infra projects and distributors.

3. Engage with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, to understand their needs and preferences.

4. Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

5. Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.

6. Work closely with the marketing team to align promotional activities with sales objectives.

7. Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to understand their satisfaction levels.

8. Conduct thorough market research to identify potential private projects, govt. projects.

9. Collaborate with internal teams to assess resource availability for identified projects, new customers, retailers, wholesalers.

10. Monitor receivables, address payment-related issues, and liaise with clients on outstanding payments.

* 4-7 years experience in the same field ( Building Material).

* Candidate must have experience handling North Kerala and preferred from Calicut .

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
