Job Purpose:

To achieve assigned area sales targets through effective planning, strategy execution, and optimal use of company resources while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate territory potential and develop plans to achieve sales targets.

Monitor field force productivity (QTQ parameters) and maintain accurate reporting.

Conduct weekly/monthly sales meetings to review performance and plan ahead.

Plan and execute marketing activities, symposia, and promotional events.

Ensure product availability through close coordination with distributors.

Conduct joint field visits for performance evaluation, coaching, and development.
-
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and policies.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
-
Background in Diagnostics, MLT, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field.
-
Experience in diagnostic sales preferred.
-
MLTs with laboratory experience who wish to switch to sales are highly encouraged to apply.
