Area Sales Manager - Rajpura

1) To conduct market survey.

2) To do activities such Farmer group Meeting, Dairy Activity, Doo to Door.

3) Sales Team Management ( Two to three Juniors) includes development of team to take future responsibilities .

4) To achieve commercial goals such as sales figure with the help of team.

5) Appointment of New Distributor & sub distributor alongwith POS with the help of team.

6) To guide their teammates for competitative market activities such as poster, wall painting etc

7) Define future growth plan with the assistance of your immediate manager.

8) Attend all technical trainings alongwith monthly, quarterly, half year & annually sales review.

Qualification - Bachelor's / B.S.C Agri
Experience - 4 to 10 Years in cattle feed industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
