Job Description:

ARD Developers is looking for a dynamic, presentable, and goal-oriented Area Sales Manager to lead and manage our sales team. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in real estate sales, excellent leadership abilities, and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity.
  • Identify and explore new business opportunities in the real estate market.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.
  • Oversee the negotiation and closing of sales deals.
  • Conduct regular market analysis and competitor research.
  • Represent the company at property exhibitions, events, and client meetings.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
  • Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in real estate sales management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Urdu.
  • Good presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Personality: Smart, confident, and well-groomed appearance.
  • Target-driven with a passion for achieving and exceeding goals.
