We Are Hiring– Area Sales Manager – Retail & Sales Operations

Salary Range: PKR 150,000 – 160,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy Design: Develop and implement sales strategies to ensure consistent achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
• Customer Complaint Resolution: Actively resolve customer complaints and ensure superior service standards.
• Training & Development: Implement structured training programs to enhance customer service, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
• Inventory Management: Use advanced analytics for forecasting sales trends and managing optimal stock levels.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure store ambiance, window displays, and in-store merchandising align with brand standards and seasonal campaigns.
• Operational Issue Resolution: Quickly address and resolve outlet-level operational challenges.
• Staff Attendance & Discipline: Ensure staff punctuality and presence at assigned locations.
• Grievance Handling: Manage staff grievances professionally and maintain a positive work environment.
• Store Operational Excellence: Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with SOPs, inventory accuracy, and staff grooming standards.
• Footfall & Conversion Optimization: Analyze KPIs (Footfall, Conversion Rate, Average Basket Value, Units Per Transaction) to maximize revenue.
• Mall Relations: Act as the primary liaison with mall management regarding operating hours, stock loading, maintenance, and promotional events.
• Shrinkage Control: Oversee replenishment, cycle counts, and implement strict measures to minimize shrinkage.

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience: 5–10 years in retail management, sales, or operations, preferably in multi-location management.
• Leadership: Strong team management and motivational skills, with proven experience in training and development.
• Customer Focus: Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with retail software, e-commerce platforms, and CRM systems.
• Education: MBA in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
