Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop sales operations in the assigned area
• Achieve sales targets and expand market share
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
• Ensure effective product placement and visibility in the market
• Lead, train, and supervise the sales team

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in detergent / soap industry is mandatory
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage distribution networks effectively

• Good knowledge of local market dynamics
