Job Overview

Royal Solar Energy (Pvt.) Ltd is seeking an experienced and dynamic Area Sales Manager for Solar Panels Trade in Faisalabad. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in the solar trade/market, dealer network management, and channel sales. The purpose of this role is to grow market share, achieve sales targets, and build strong relations with distributors, dealers, and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for solar panel trade business.
• Develop and manage dealer/distributor network in Faisalabad and surrounding areas.
• Identify and onboard new trade partners and channel stakeholders.
• Monitor market activity, pricing trends, and competitor offerings.
• Conduct market visits and support dealer development & branding activities.
• Plan and execute sales strategies and promotional activities for the trade segment.
• Provide sales forecasts, MIS reports, and pipeline updates to management.
• Ensure strong after-sales support coordination with technical teams.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in Solar Trade / Channel Sales.
• Strong understanding of solar products, especially PV modules and inverters.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and team-management skills.
• Must have strong network in Faisalabad solar market (dealers/installers/importers).
• Willing to travel within assigned region.
