3️ Area Sales Manager (ASM)

Location: Vadodara
Experience: 5–10 years (Tea / FMCG industry mandatory)

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead and manage sales operations across the region. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing the sales team, and ensuring execution of sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and monitor Sales Officers and Representatives.
  • Develop and execute area-wise sales plans and achieve targets.
  • Expand distribution network and identify growth opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Coordinate with marketing and supply chain for smooth execution.
  • Review sales performance and ensure ROI-driven operations.

Candidate Profile:

  • Tea or FMCG sales background is mandatory.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and strategic planning ability.
  • Must have experience handling distributors and large territories.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
