What You’ll Do

• Take charge of sales activities in Kolkata region.
• Recruit, guide, and motivate a small sales team.
• Develop strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
• Visit clients, explain product offerings, and close deals.
• Monitor sales performance and ensure continuous growth.

Who We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience (Insurance/BFSI/Financial Services preferred).
• Graduation is mandatory.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Target-driven and self-motivated personality.
• Must be a local candidate from Kolkata with good market knowledge.
