Area Sales Manager / Territory Manager

Job Role:

We are looking for a Area Sales Manager. The candidate must have a strong background in institutional sales and will be responsible for overseeing project-related work as well as managing industrial sales.

*Fundamental Parameters:*

* *Education:* MBA (Sales & Marketing) / Diploma / BE-Civil or Equivalent (Preferred)

* *Experience:* Minimum 5 year

*Functional Parameters:*

1. *Territory Sales Execution* – Implement regional sales strategy & achieve sales targets.

2. *Customer Management & Networking* – Build strong client relations, acquire new clients, meet architects.

3. *Team Collaboration & Training* – Mentor sales reps, ensure consistent messaging.

4. *Reporting & Market Feedback* – Report progress, track competitor activities & market trends.

5. *Local Sales Promotions & Campaigns* – Execute campaigns with marketing team, monitor effectiveness.
