Job Title: Area Sales Manager – UP & Uttarakhand

Department: Sales & Business Development

Location: Uttar Pradesh / Uttarakhand (Field Role)

Reporting To: Regional Sales Head / National Sales Head

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Area Sales Manager to develop and manage the dealer network across Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand .

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in WPC and ACP sales , with proven experience in channel development, dealer appointments, and regional market growth .

Key Responsibilities

→ Identify, appoint, and manage dealers and distributors across key markets in Eastern UP, Western UP, and Uttarakhand (e.g., Lucknow, Banaras, Haldwani, Rudrapur, Dehradun, Bareilly, Moradabad, Meerut, Saharanpur, Ghaziabad, Noida, Greater Noida).

→ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective channel management.

→ Build and nurture strong relationships with dealers, fabricators, architects, and contractors .

→ Monitor and guide dealers on sales performance, inventory planning, and payment collection .

→ Develop and implement sales strategies for regional growth and market penetration.

→ Stay updated on competitor activities and pricing trends .

→ Collaborate with the marketing team for on-ground brand promotions and product visibility.

→ Ensure timely reporting of sales performance, market feedback, and dealer activities .

→ Work closely with the dispatch and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred).

Experience: Minimum 10–15 years in building material / façade / ACP / WPC sales .

→ Strong experience in dealer development and channel sales .

→ Should have handled the entire UP and Uttarakhand region ; exposure to Eastern UP is an added advantage.

→ Proven record of sales growth, team management, and regional coverage .

→ Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills .

→ Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
